Job Description

We are is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to extract valuable insights that drive informed business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, report, and assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, address ad-hoc analytical requests, and contribute to the creation and automation of regular analytics reports for clients.

• Interpret and distill insights from both primary and secondary data sources, providing clients with valuable insights to support their business needs and growth strategies.

• Effectively handle multiple projects spanning various clients and industries.

• Create visualizations that effectively communicate trends and adhere to industry best practices.

• Clearly communicate findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Prepare and deliver reports, presentations, and visualizations to convey complex information in a digestible format.

• Collaborate with diverse teams and departments across various projects and functions.


Qualification

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate findings and recommendations.


Skill & Experience

An accomplished Data Analyst in this role is likely to possess the following skills and experience:

• One year of practical experience in marketing research, statistical analysis, or data analysis (or equivalent academic background).

• A minimum of one year of hands-on experience in statistical analysis using tools like Python or R.

• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

• Knowledge of SQL and the ability to write queries for data extraction, transformation, and loading.

• Demonstrated capability in managing concurrent projects with a keen focus on detail and accuracy.

• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
